Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Arrangements for insurance or express delivery can be made by contacting Profiling Beauty prior to shipment. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days (sometimes less than 24 hours upon placement of the order). Customers providing an email address to Profiling Beauty will be informed when the package has been shipped.
International orders are shipped via airmail and additional shipping charges will apply. Profiling Beauty ships to the following countries:

Return and Refund Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Profiling Beauty within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) . In addition, we cannot accept returns on memberships or punch cards after they have been used.
Items shipped prior to cancellation will not be refunded return shipping. Customers are instructed to mark the package as "refused" and will receive a refund when the package is returned to Profiling Beauty.
Customers who wish to return item(s) for any reason other than stated above will receive credit for the item only (no credit given for shipping). Customers in this instance will also be responsible for return shipping as well.
Refunds will be issued with 2 business days upon receipt of the unopened item. Customers will be notified via email as to when their return has been processed.
Prior to receiving the email informing the customer of shipment, customers may cancel the order through the website www.profilingbeauty.com. Reference the order ID number in all contact. Reversal of charges will take place within 1-2 business days.
If the package has been shipped (the shipment notification email has been sent). Customers are instructed to write "refused" on the package upon receipt. Reversal of charges will take place with 1-2 business days upon receipt of the refused package.
